Potatoes, Corn, Avocado, Pinto beans, Kidney beans, Canned Fruits (organic or non), Whole Milk, Eggs, Cheese, Tuna, Poultry (no red meat), Protein powders (whey protein, not soy) meal replacement shakes and bars (Ensure/Boost)

Nuts/Seeds: pecans, macadamia nuts, peanuts/peanut butter, walnuts, shelled sunflower seeds, almonds
Milk Group: evaporated milk for cooking instead of water, yogurt, ice cream, creamed cottage cheese, cream cheese sour cream
Fats: butter, margarine, oil or mayonnaise, gravy
Sweets: (we have organic honey and sugar) jam, jelly or chocolate syrup
